We aimed to rebrand this sprawling 821-unit garden style property with a current and fresh vibe, while evoking the rusting charm of the neighborhood. A unit mix consisting of common apartments, private units and townhomes, each of the communities is individually branded with their own coordinating logo. The primary logo mark is comprised of a stencil-style uppercase letter, with a lowercase sans-serif typography to lend a softer, inviting feel to the property. With a nod to its bucolic neighborhood, the primary logo mark is topped with a bird, and the primary pattern includes a wood grain variation.
