A nursing-home-converted-multifamily-complex gets its glow up with a new identity: Welcome to Waterside. Edging the Delaware River, this upgraded and renovated property is emerging as one of Philly’s darlings on the rental scene.
The simple and iconic typography clearly gives a modern + updated vibe, clearly conveying that the nursing home days are over.
Both properties are combined under the Waterside branding, with sub-logos for each of the individual amenities.
